At TERZIANNE, each creation is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following policies.
All TERZIANNE pieces are designer couture, produced in limited quantities and, in many cases, made to order. Minor variations in colour, fabric, embroidery, or detailing are natural and reflect the authenticity of handcrafted couture. Product images are indicative and for reference only.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. TERZE ANNE reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected misuse. Prices listed exclude shipping, customs duties, and local taxes unless stated otherwise.
Custom-made, altered, and made-to-order garments are created exclusively for you. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. TERZIANNE is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

Due to the exclusive nature of couture:
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made, altered, or made-to-order pieces
• Sale items and international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment or as store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All designs, imagery, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of TERZIANNE and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
These policies are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
